Dr. Alycia Junge, DVM (above pet photos)
Dr. Junge was born in Tyler, Texas. She received her bachelor’s degrees in Zoology and Biology from Colorado State University in 1989. She continued on to get her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at CSU in 1993. Dr. Junge has one rescued dogs named Willow, and one rescued cat named M&M from Montana. Willow donates her blood through Rocky Mountain Blood Services. In her spare time, Dr. Junge enjoys spending time with her husband, playing soccer, and hiking.

Dr. Lance Mayfield was born and raised in southern Louisiana. He joined the Navy shortly after graduating high school and served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation CV-64, which was stationed in Coronado, California. After the navy, Dr. Mayfield pursued his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. He later moved to Colorado in 2008 and enjoys photography, gardening, raising Cotournix quail, hiking, and fishing with his awesome dog name Sheila.

Tracey is a Colorado native. She has been in the veterinary field for more than 16 years. She enjoys a rewarding and satisfying career in pet health care. Tracey and her husband, Nathan, enjoy spending time with their three children and being active in their community. You will find them coaching youth sports in their spare time. They also enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. They share a home with their canine companions, Copper, Kenai, and Minnie and their feline companions Bailey, Lilo, Stitch, Pongo and Chester.

Amy is a Colorado native, born and raised in southern Colorado Springs. She has worked in the veterinary field on and off for over 15 years, becoming a certified technician in 2012. Amy shares her household with her husband, 2 boys, 2 dogs (Sage and Alfie) and a guinea pig (Wall-E). In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play various sports and working out. She also enjoys cooking/baking and playing in the great outdoors.

Jackie was born in Hampton, Virginia but raised in Colorado. She has a love for art, nature and animals. She also has four dogs and one cat named Chiodis, Lucky, Heidi, Roxie and Pandora. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in March 2013 with a certification in Veterinary Assisting. Some of her favorite activities are hanging out with her pets, drawing, photography, boating, and camping. Her favorite things to photograph are sunsets behind the mountains and of her pets.

Joni was born and raised in Eastern Oklahoma. She grew up with dogs, cats, pigs and goats, but her true passion was her horses. Joni started her technician career in the early nineties at a small clinic in Oklahoma. She then moved to Hawaii and worked, in a seven doctor practice, at a 24 hour emergency clinic for two and a half years. She later moved to Colorado Springs, 1996, where she worked exclusively with felines for 13 years. She also has five years of experience as a client coordinator at one of southern Colorado’s internal medicine specialists. Joni has raised two kids and loves her four grand kids very much. She enjoys reading, yoga, classic movies, riding horses and cuddling with her kitties.
